Processing Clerk (GA, Macon)

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Processing Clerk to join our team. As a Processing Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately processing orders and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers. Responsible for production in our processing center. Verifies records of our vending route sales daily. Balances daily sale's total receipts in comparison to the machine tapes. Cross trains with data entry area or any other areas as needed.

Position Overview:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Bi-Weekly Pay
  • Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter orders into computer system and generate invoices for billing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with vendors to replenish stock as needed.
  • Coordinate with delivery team to schedule and dispatch orders.
  • Resolve any order discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain orderly and accurate records of all transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns.
  • A high regard for customer service and employee relations.
  • Must be able to complete the paperwork by hand or via accounting, word processing or spreadsheet software. Paperwork includes cash sheets, deposit summaries, audit or discrepancy reports and purchase-related documentation, such as supply orders.
  • Ability to utilize different automated machines during the work shift.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in data entry or order processing preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to lift up 45-50lbs frequently
  • Banking/Cash handling experience
  • Consent to Background Check and Drug Screen
  • Spanish Bi-lingual preferred
