About the Role
Integrity's Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function is a critical enabler of operational efficiency, financial control, and scalable growth. Our P2P organization is focused on delivering standardized, connected, and optimized processes across procurement and payables while driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
As a Procurement Process Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring all components of the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle are fully integrated, aligned, and operating efficiently. This role has a strong emphasis on operations, execution discipline, and driving efficiency across the end-to-end P2P process.
You will act as a process leader and change agent, ensuring that P2P operations are streamlined, scalable, compliant, and well understood across the organization. Success in this role will depend heavily on strong stakeholder management, enabling alignment, adoption, and accountability across diverse business partners.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a highly collaborative, operations-focused professional who thrives in driving efficiency and improving process execution in a complex, cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep understanding of end-to-end P2P operations and the ability to enhance performance through process discipline, data insights, and stakeholder engagement.
This role requires someone who can translate operational challenges into actionable improvements, proactively identify gaps (including off-channel spend), and partner effectively across teams to drive adoption and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to identify and capture value from supplier relationships-going beyond cost savings to uncover opportunities for service improvements, innovation, and strategic partnership. They should be comfortable leveraging supplier data and performance metrics to surface actionable insights that benefit the organization.
Strong stakeholder management is critical-this individual must be able to influence, communicate, and build trust across all levels of the organization while driving alignment and results.
The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset, strong operational rigor, and a focus on delivering measurable efficiency gains.
Key Responsibilities

  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness across all Procure-to-Pay operations.
  • Ensure seamless integration and connectivity across requisitioning, purchasing, invoicing, and payment processes.
  • Establish and reinforce standardized processes and best practices.

Stakeholder Management & Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Procurement, AP, Finance, and business stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for P2P operational topics.
  • Drive alignment, accountability, and adoption of P2P processes across the organization.
  • Lead stakeholder communication, ensuring clarity and consistency.

Training & Educational Activities
  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve user adoption and compliance.
  • Continuously reinforce process adherence through education and engagement

Supplier Value Management
  • Identify and capture value from supplier relationships beyond cost-including service quality, innovation, risk mitigation, and strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain supplier scorecards and performance frameworks to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with category managers and business owners to maximize the value delivered through supplier engagements.

Off-Channel Spend Management
  • Identify, analyze, and address off-contract and off-channel spend.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive compliance with approved procurement channels.
  • Recommend and implement strategies to improve spend control and visibility.

Performance Management (KPIs & Scorecards)
  • Monitor, and report key operational KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder and operational scorecards.
  • Design and deliver proactive reporting that surfaces trends, risks, and opportunities before they escalate-enabling leadership to make informed decisions with timely, forward-looking insights.
  • Use data to identify trends, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Governance & Compliance
  • Support development and enforcement of procurement policies and controls.
  • Ensure adherence to financial, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
  • Assist with audits and ensure proper documentation and process transparency.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay, Procurement Operations, or Finance Operations.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P processes and operational workflows.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and process performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and realize value from supplier relationships across cost, quality, and innovation dimensions.
  • Experience designing and delivering proactive reporting and actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
