Job Description
The North America Process Business Manager will manage the Process Solutions business team. You will have the goal of achieving annual financial metrics such as: revenue, gross margin, orders, indirect costs, customer satisfaction index targets and other business objectives. You will lead the development and execution of a business strategy. This will be done through a direct team of engineers, project managers, and more indirect resources. The indirect resources include the Global Engineering Center (GEC), other LCS capabilities, applications consultants, proposal engineers, as well as project administrative personnel. You will work with the Global Sales and Marketing teams, the NA Lifecycle Services Commercial Teams, Regional Services & Solutions Directors (RSSDs) and other important partners to ensure the success of the business. Influence shared resources through the GEC to execute work. You will report to the Delivery Director, Lifecycle Services and have a hybrid schedule working in Milwaukee, WI or Mayfield Heights, OH.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Support development of strategic plan for the NA Process Business
  • Review project performance for all process solutions
  • Positively collaborating with commercial and sales teams
  • Identify process delivery development needs and develop goals and direction including training plan, human resource review, succession plan, etc.
  • Accountable for all aspects of process delivery team performance
  • Financials of business ($50+ million annual revenue)
  • Responsible for NA process delivery business budgets
  • Responsible for costs, revenues, profitability financial forecast for NA Process Solutions

The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experince
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • The ability to travel 50% of the time.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • BS in Engineering discipline; further education in business administration, operations, or project management is desirable.
  • 8+ years of experience managing and delivering solutions in process industries; Chemical, Consumer and Personal Goods (CPG), Life Sciences, Mining and Cement.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, engineering management, business management, or management related to control, information and automation systems.
  • Evidence of ability to develop and implement a successful business growth strategy.
  • Proven ability to manage human resources and effectively plan headcount.
