Position Summary:
As an order processing supervisor your responsibility is to process orders, ensure timely processing (in shipping the day prior), and comply with customer requirements. In addition to your realm or responsibilities you will have to supervise, train, coach, motivate and counsel your team. Lead them down the path to success. Weekend Shift Saturday, Sunday, Monday 6 am - 4:65 pm (12-hour shift, 36 hour work week).


Key Responsibilities:
Drive efficiency through maintaining standard operational efficiency and consistently meet UPH (Units Per Hour) targets.
Guiding team leadership through actively leading and through operational processes, and holding all members accountable to rules and standards.
Ensure timeline management by monitoring daily progress and proactively alert the department manager if timelines or deadlines are at risk of being missed.
Control inventory through strict accuracy of inventory throughout the entire operational process.
Ensure timely shipping coordination by having all cartons arrive at the shipping department at least 24 hours in advance. Immediately alert management of any delays.


Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED plus 5 years in DC and or manufacturing experience
Minimum 3 years of supervisory/administrative experience. Working knowledge of warehouse functions
Proficiency with Inventory Management Software, WMOS, and email.
