Overview

Are you seeking an integral role supporting executive leadership? As Executive Assistant to the President, you will be a trusted partner in anticipating and and assessing the President's needs to ensure operational success.ย 

You will collaborate with industry experts and committed teams who value individualityย and recognize achievements.

What you will be doing
  • Provide proactive, executive administrative support to the President across day-to-day responsibilities and special projects related to projects and operations.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the President, senior leadership, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare business expense and mileage reports, review and process invoices, schedule meetings and manage the President's calendar.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including detailed itineraries, multi-segment bookings and required documents.
  • Coordinate and participate in team meetings, manage agenda items and record and distribute minutesย 
  • Prepare reports and presentations for meetings, using data, spreadsheets, and guidance from executive leadership.
  • Assist with corporate events, leadership meetings and strategic activities by arranging logistics including facilities, catering, invitations and speakers.ย 
  • Maintains knowledge of Company's values and strategic plan.
  • Support published corporate policies.
What we are looking for
  • Diploma in Office or Business Administration preferred.
  • 5 - 10 years administrative experience supporting one or more senior executives.
  • Expert knowledge and ability in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio required.
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to take initiative in the development and completion of assigned projects and duties.
  • Technical and professional writing and correspondence skills required.
  • High level of organization, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the company.
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality with company and personnel matters.
