This is duel role position of Executive Receptionist and Mail Specialist.
The Mail Specialist provides timely and accurate distribution of mail within the System Office for Legacy Health. This position also covers a block of time as the Front Desk Receptionist and is back up for vacations and illness.

Responsibilities
The Executive Receptionist/Mail Specialist functions as the primary liaison for all internal and external visitors to Legacy Health's corporate headquarters. This position handles daily interactions with a diverse group of stakeholders including employees, physicians, board members, executives, vendors, and community partners.
Key activities each day may include welcoming guests, responding to immediate facility needs, and independently determining how to triage issues, whether unexpected or scheduled. The Executive Receptionist/Mail Specialist ensures the physical environment is presentable and functional, including maintaining coffee stations, and ensuring meeting rooms are presentable and prepared for employees and guests.
This position also provides timely and accurate distribution of mail within the Legacy System Office, and ensures supplies are stocked throughout the building.
This role is truly a brand ambassador for Legacy, consistently reinforcing the importance of a secure, welcoming, and well-maintained corporate headquarters.
Qualifications
Experience:
  • Three to five years' experience in a corporate headquarters setting interacting with executive-level visitors, answering high volume multi-line telephones and assist with their needs in the organization.
  • Experience processing large volumes of mail highly desired.

Skills:
  • Expected to have critical thinking skills, attention to details, time management, problem solving, and customer service skills.
  • They must use sound judgment to assess situations, adapt communication to different audiences, and consistently embody Legacy's values in all interactions.
  • Must be adept at working with/responding to all levels of organizational hierarchy.
  • Strong human relations and communication skills required.
  • Requires an ability to read, write and communicate in English, and an ability to work in cooperation with team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Requires strong organizational skills, flexibility and ability to respond to changing priorities. Excellent public relations skills and demonstrated ability to communicate in calm, succinct, business-like manner.
  • Must be proficient in the safe use of standard delivery carts and hand trucks.

Pay Range
USD $21.25 - USD $30.39 /Hr.
