Our family-owned agency is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service & Administrative Support Representative to join our professional office team in Murrieta, CA. This role is ideal for someone with an administrative or office background who enjoys helping people, managing details, and supporting a team in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
  • Prepare and process policy documents, certificates, and client files
  • Complete administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with office and carrier procedures
  • Support agents with quoting, policy changes, billing inquiries, and renewal processing
  • Assist with office organization, document management, and client onboarding
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Administrative, office, receptionist, or professional customer service experience (insurance experience a plus but not required)
