Schedule:

Part-Time | Approx. 24 hours/week

Shift: Monday โ€“ Thursday | 6:00 AM โ€“ 12:00 PM Pay Rate:$20/hour

Position Type: Temporary assignment with opportunity for extension or permanent hire based on business needs Safety Sensitive Role: Yes Position Summary: This position works closely with the operations pharmacist, operations supervisor, and pharmacy technicians to coordinate, assemble, and package patient orders for shipment. The role is responsible for maintaining warehouse stock, organizing inventory, assisting with shipping operations, and supporting pharmacy-related inventory processes.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate, assemble, and package patient orders for shipment Retrieve shipping documents and labels from printers and organize them for picking Assist with packing and shipping medications Track shipped packages and report delivery issues Organize daily shipping reports for Branch Manager review Maintain warehouse stock in a clean and organized manner Conduct physical inventory and daily cycle counts Restock pharmacy picking areas Receive non-pharmaceutical items through the back dock Support inventory tracking and reconciliation processes Assist with purchase orders and receiving inventory Manage pharmaceutical product levels and returned goods according to SOP guidelines Utilize computer systems along with MS Word and Excel for operational tasks Select products and supplies under pharmacist supervision Maintain accurate records and inventory balances Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 1 year of warehouse or purchasing experience required Data entry experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to read, write, and understand English Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Ability to use a 10-key keypad Basic computer skills required Typing speed of approximately 20 WPM preferred Ability to learn internal computer systems Ability to operate a pallet jack required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to reach, twist, turn, bend, stoop, and walk throughout shift Knowledge of packing and shipping with national carriers preferred Previous pharmacy experience is a plus Pharmacy Technician license not required No driver's license required Additional Information Candidates Should Know: This is an onsite position Approximate schedule is 24 hours per week Candidate must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment Safety-sensitive position requirements apply Individual start dates Specialty back-end operational environment No prior experience with the client's company required Benefits: Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
