Job description

Job Title: Collections Administrator
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
Association Management Services (AMS) is seeking a detail-oriented Collections Administrator to support our Association Management team with collection activities, attorney coordination, lien processing, and account reconciliation efforts.
This position plays an important role in helping associations manage delinquent accounts while maintaining professional communication and ensuring compliance with applicable collection procedures. The ideal candidate enjoys organization, problem-solving, working with detailed financial information, and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.
What You'll Do:
  • Facilitate post-lien collection activities for associations in Oregon and Washington
  • Process liens and releases of liens in accordance with governing documents and company procedures
  • Communicate regularly with collection attorneys regarding account status and updates
  • Apply legal fees to homeowner accounts and approve related invoices
  • Support payment plan administration and tracking
  • Research and reconcile account discrepancies alongside Accounts Receivable
  • Run reports and audit attorney and lien account statuses
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the collections process
  • Assist with identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Support invoice processing and additional administrative projects as needed
