Job description

OVERVIEW

Enrollment Processing Student Assistant

This position exists primarily to provide technical and operational support for the Enrollment office. The individual will assist in the management of student data to ensure data integrity and data access within Student Data Services. In addition, this individual will maintain a customer-focused and supportive environment.

General Job duties include:

  • Data entry to both Salesforce and Banner
  • Manage application processing reports
  • Scanning documents using Optix
  • General administrative duties
  • Special projects as needed
  • Special Instructions to Candidates:

    • Must be available to work between the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm (there will be flexibility and the ability to work around your class schedule).
    • Work between 15-20 hours per week.

  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Can remain focused and motivated while completing repetitive tasks
  • Work well with a team, as well as independently
  • Have strong computer skills
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality

    To be eligible for student employment, St. Thomas students must be degree seeking at the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels.
