Description

The Operations Driver role is a vital part of our Ohana, serving as the mobile backbone of our daily operations. In this fast-paced, on-the-go position, you will transport housekeeping staff between properties, as well as provide deliveries of supplies, amenities and equipment through your shift. You'll work closely with both the Housekeeping and Guest Experience teams to ensure seamless service across all properties. This role requires someone who is highly dependable, organized, and takes genuine pride in supporting the team behind the scenes. Success in this position demands strong time management, a proactive mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly as daily priorities shift. This is a Part Time position. 

Requirements



Transportation & Logistics
  • Transport housekeeping staff (housemen, housekeepers, and inspectors) to and from properties throughout the day
  • Deliver housekeeping supplies and equipment to properties as requested by the Housekeeping team
  • Fulfill guest requests by delivering items coordinated by the Guest Experience team
  • Pick up and deliver check-in amenities for arriving guests, including Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, futons, and other requested items
  • Complete assigned "Operations Delivery" drop and pick-up tasks within the inventory management system
  • Maintain certification and training requirements for handling all inventory items
  • Organize efficient delivery routes (loops) to collect soiled linens and return them to the warehouse for processing
  • Assist with sorting soiled linens and towels at the warehouse

Vehicle Maintenance & Organization

  • Stock and organize vehicle daily to maintain proper par levels of commonly needed supplies
  • Keep vehicle clean, organized, and professionally presentable at all times
  • Monitor fuel levels and ensure vehicle is fueled for daily operations
  • Track vehicle service requirements and ensure maintenance is current
  • Maintain standard supply kit including hand truck, trash bags, rags, bungees, and gloves

Additional Support

  • Assist with other operational duties, including houseman tasks, as business needs require

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • A valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Candidates will be subject to a background check, drug test and motor vehicle record (MVR) check prior to employment
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Frequent walking, bending, sitting and standing through the shift
