In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform various duties to support production process utilizing continuous improvement processes.

The work model for the role is: Onsite in Bartlesville, OK. #LI-Onsite.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Optimize manufacturing operations by auditing and refining production processes, developing standardized work instructions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, cost, and on-time delivery.

  • Engineer and implement manufacturing solutions including new processes, work cells, test fixtures, and jigs to improve efficiency, productivity, and product quality.

  • Design and enhance facility and production layouts to support new product introductions, streamline workflow, and maximize operational effectiveness.

  • Improve workplace safety and ergonomics by conducting work cell assessments and implementing corrective actions that reduced risk and enhanced operator performance.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing or an MET Degree is preferred; HS Diploma/GED with 5+ Years of Experience will also be considered (or equivalent years of experience and combined education)

  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is a significant plus

  • Sound knowledge of engineering techniques, processes, and tools, including SAP, Catia, and CAD or SOLIDWORKS

  • Working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, SQL DB, coding, and reporting is a plus

  • High level of self-motivation, curiosity, and desire to learn about new technologies.

  • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US permanently.
