Racine Country Club is looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our food & beverage team as Servers, with the opportunity to be cross-trained as Bartenders. About the Role
As a Server at Racine Country Club, you'll be an essential part of our member dining experienceโ€”offering exceptional service in a welcoming and team-oriented environment. Once you've mastered the server role, you'll have the opportunity to expand your skills behind the bar with hands-on bartender training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and interact with members and guests
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure top-tier food & beverage service
  • Manage assigned table stations and provide attentive service throughout the meal
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders; deliver in a timely and professional manner
  • Demonstrate full knowledge of the menu and up-sell when appropriate
  • Anticipate member needs and offer proactive assistance
  • Process orders, payments, and checks using the POS system efficiently
