Responsibilities:

  • Serve date sensitive legal documents to individuals and businesses in specified,
  • Condensed areas during key hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as this is when people are most likely to be home
  • Areas, times and days required may vary based on demand of clients or date specific timelines
  • Be responsible for detailed note taking to help you ascertain whether your subject(s) can be found at a provided address
  • Utilize your smartphone with a simple and intuitive app that takes photos and allows you to simply input your service information and notes to generate an affidavit attesting to what took place while documenting your attempts while effecting service of the legal documents.
  • Always act professionally and thoughtfully with the people you meet including those whom you deliver the legal documents to.

Qualifications:

  • A successful Process Server will have a disciplined work ethic and work best independently while following and utilizing proper guidance and instruction from Barrister
  • They can multi-task when necessary and take pride in their work
