Job Description
As a Server at Es Vedra Cinemas, you will play a key role in providing outstanding dine-in experience to our guests. You will take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure that guests have a positive and enjoyable dining experience.
Job Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly and attentive dine-in experience.
  • Assist guests with menu selections and offer recommendations.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest tables throughout the dine-in experience.
  • Clear empty dishes, refill drinks, and provide additional items as requested.
  • Promote additional menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
  • Process guest payments accurately using cash, credit card, or other payment methods.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Address any guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dine-in area and server stations.
  • Assist with closing duties, including restocking supplies, cleaning.
  • Other tasks as requested.

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motions.
