Job description

Private Process Server (1099 Contractor) โ€“ Broward County, Florida

About the Role
ProVest is seeking reliable, self-motivated individuals to work as Private Process Servers. In this role, you will serve legal documents for established law firms and financial institutions, including foreclosure, collections, civil, and litigation matters.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with weekly pay based on completed services.

Service Expectations & Requirements

  • Must hold a valid Broward County process server license
  • Make at least one attempt on each assigned case every 72 hours
  • Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents
  • Weekend attempts are required
  • Use the mobile app to log attempts, upload photos, and update case statuses
  • Maintain reliable transportation, a valid driverโ€™s license, active auto insurance, and a current process server license
  • Complete up to five attempts before closing a case as non-served
  • Most cases are expected to be completed within 10โ€“20 days
  • Sign and return affidavits within 48 hours after service is completed
