Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As a Server, you will take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction from the moment they are seated to when they leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide prompt and courteous service.

  • Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions.

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.

  • Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.

  • Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

  • Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.

  • Process guest payments and provide accurate change or receipts.

  • Clear and reset tables efficiently between guests.

  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.

  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area.

  • Perform opening, mid-shift, or closing side duties as assigned.
