What Youโ€™ll Do

As a key member of the Product PMO team, youโ€™ll help shape health and wellness outcomes for people around the world. This position is responsible for managing all approved Jamieson projects to ensure their vision is maintained from inception to market and that all stakeholders uphold to committed timelines. The project manager develops and maintains project timelines and deliverables based on committed launch dates and maintains all timelines in a master corporate project tracker. They track and maintain project timelines, updating schedules as required and reviewed/approved by cross functional teams at a weekly corporate project meeting. They identify situations where timelines are in jeopardy and work with the individual stakeholders to find solutions to get projects back on track.


In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain a detailed project database and schedule based on the scoping document which includes administrative tasks for all relative departments involved in the project
  • Co-ordinate and lead meetings (CPT and PLC) while maintaining project calendar and deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Prepare agendas and edit meeting minutes, presentations, tables and reports for both CPT and PLC meetings
  • Follow up with project contributors regarding deadlines
  • Co-ordinate and participate in cross-functional teams to develop project and partnership strategies with all stakeholders
  • Maintain and circulate all project documents and reports for both CPT and PLC meetings.
  • Responsible to track project changes and produce updated schedule as agreed with cross functional teams
  • Actively support cross functional departments in developing any new process improvement opportunities in the JWEL product lifecycle process, including Stage Gate, S&OP and Continuous improvement and any training related to that new process
  • Keep all internal partners apprised of status and proactively communicate any possible issues across stakeholder groups
  • Leverage strong interpersonal leadership skills, influence cross functional stakeholders to complete their project deliverables and address internal processes gaps or snags to facilitate the successful completion of the project's deliverables
  • Continually train project team members and stakeholders in core project processes including Stage Gate and CPT inputs
  • Compile summary documents and report project progress (problems and solutions) to all stakeholders when required
  • Work in compliance with the company's Health & Safety Policies/SOP's including but not limited to the Safety Responsibilities Procedure
  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices in all GMP sensitive areas of Jamieson Laboratories Ltd. Facilities


What You Bring

  • Post-secondary education in business, science, project management or related field
  • Three years or more experience in a business environment
  • Demonstrated success in project management
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  • Appreciation of how individual projects fit into broader corporate goals (e.g. financial goals, strategies, etc).
  • An understanding of Jamieson's product line, the current project management process and relationships with existing
  • project stakeholders is a strong asset
  • A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people skills
  • Highly effective project prioritization, multi-tasking, and time skills to meet deadlines

Compensation

Jamieson Wellness offers a competitive total rewards package designed to support your well-being and professional growth. This includes base pay, eligibility for our Short-Term Incentive Program, and a comprehensive benefits offering.


For this role, the posting range is $80,000 โ€“ $85,000 which reflects the full salary range of the position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, level of education, role scope, and other professional qualifications aligned with the requirements and complexity of this position.
