As a Project Manager within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), you’ll be responsible for leading complex projects that strengthen operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and support the company’s mission to deliver exceptional outcomes. What You’ll DoProject Leadership & Execution
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, defining clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Partner with department leaders to identify priorities and align project outcomes with strategic business goals.
  • Track milestones, budgets, and risks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously while ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all project communications, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and engaged.
Process Optimization & Documentation
  • Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements to increase productivity and consistency.
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain centralized records of all project documentation.
  • Support the creation of best practices that align with organizational standards and future scalability.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Facilitate regular check-ins, workshops, and updates to maintain alignment and accountability.
