Essential Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed process analysis and apply Lean principles to support business transformation initiatives.
  • Develop data-driven insights and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities, develop and quantify improvement recommendations, and build continuous improvement.
  • Lead process improvement through stakeholder interviews and facilitated sessions to identify cross-functional opportunities and recommend best practices as a solution.
  • Engage with clients as their day-to-day point of contact, supporting meetings, workshops, and presentations, cultivating relationships through exceptional customer service and subject matter expertise.
  • Develop and deliver client-ready materials, including presentations, communications, and recommendations.
  • Support the development of training materials and ensure alignment between process changes and end-user adoption.
  • Perform detailed process analysis and apply Lean principles to support business process transformation initiatives.
  • Organize, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to develop data-driven solutions across the various practices.
  • Participate in project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Contribute to business development activities by identifying new opportunities for consulting services.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record required; graduate degree (MBA, Master’s, etc.) preferred.
  • Three years of experience in consulting or related field.
  • Experience in process improvement and/or change management principles and practices.
  • Experience with business process mapping and baselining data.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze and visualize complex data sets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines while producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse clients and project teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, methodologies, and subject matter quickly.

Preferred Qualifications
