This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Enablement Specialist based in Netherlands.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and systems-oriented professional to play a pivotal role in scaling global go-to-market enablement initiatives. The position focuses on building the operational infrastructure that supports onboarding, certifications, product launches, and knowledge management across international teams. Working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, you will partner with stakeholders across Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to drive operational excellence. This role offers significant exposure to strategic initiatives, process optimization, and enablement technologies, making it ideal for someone who enjoys combining project management, systems thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. You will have a direct impact on improving organizational readiness and empowering teams to perform at their best in a globally distributed environment.

Accountabilities
  • Own the operational execution of enablement programs, ensuring onboarding initiatives, certifications, recurring programs, and strategic projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
  • Manage and optimize enablement technologies, including learning management systems, knowledge repositories, project management platforms, and related tools.
  • Design, document, and continuously improve workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures to support scalability and operational consistency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to coordinate enablement initiatives and support organizational readiness.
  • Maintain governance of knowledge management systems, ensuring learning content, documentation, and playbooks remain accurate, accessible, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to provide actionable insights into program adoption, certifications, and overall enablement effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that streamline operations, reduce manual work, and enhance stakeholder experiences.
  • Serve as a key operational partner to leadership and enablement teams by providing systems, documentation, and project support.
Requirements
  • 2-5+ years of experience in Enablement Operations, Sales Operations, Learning Operations, Revenue Operations, Project Management, Program Coordination, or similar operational roles within SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Experience supporting onboarding programs, learning initiatives, or enablement functions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven experience documenting processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging reporting and data insights to improve operational performance.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Confluence, Gong, Articulate 360, LMS platforms, or similar technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Professional fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or Spanish is considered a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global environment and collaborate across multiple time zones.
  • Flexibility to occasionally support early morning or evening meetings and willingness to travel approximately 10-20% when required.
