Director, Finance Transformation

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead working capital improvement initiatives by analyzing and optimizing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, inventory management, and cash flow processes.
  • Identify and implement cost reduction and automation opportunities across freight, inventory, procurement, and supply chain operations.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of tariffs, transportation costs, and inventory policies, providing recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Assess current business processes, identify control gaps and inefficiencies, and lead process improvement efforts.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clean up legacy processes, improve reporting, and establish scalable best practices.
  • Develop metrics, reporting, and operational insights to support decision-making and ongoing performance improvements.
  • Drive implementation of process automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 5+ years of experience leading finance transformation, operational improvement, process optimization, or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience within a highly regulated industry, preferably healthcare, life sciences, medical device, pharmaceutical, or a similar environment.
