Summary
The Supply Chain Manager provides end-to-end strategic and operational leadership for the organization's supply chain functions, including demand planning, procurement coordination, order management, and inventory control. This role is responsible for driving organizational alignment across sales, warehouse, and accounting teams to ensure optimal product availability, minimize financial risk, and maximize inventory efficiency. The Supply Chain Manager directly builds and oversees a high-performing supply chain team while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of enterprise data systems.
What You'll Do
  • Supply Chain Continuity and Fulfillment: Owns the end-to-end order execution lifecycle from purchase order creation to final delivery, ensuring customer demand is met reliably and on schedule.
  • Working Capital and Inventory Optimization: Architects inventory strategies that balance optimal safety stock levels against warehouse capacity limits to eliminate stockouts while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory carrying costs.
  • Strategic Forecasting and Demand Alignment: Translates macro-level customer production forecasts into precise material- and part-level execution plans to guide supplier manufacturing schedules and lead times.
  • System Integration and Data Governance: Governs data integrity and transactional synchronization between the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) platforms to prevent operational bottlenecks.
  • Risk and Exception Management: Establishes and enforces robust protocols for claims handling, vendor compliance, quality documentation, and financial reconciliation to safeguard company assets against operational losses.

What You Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience in end-to-end supply chain operations, including at least 3 to 5 years in a formal people-management or team-leadership role.
  • Professional supply chain certification, such as Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
  • Planning Expertise: Mastery of statistical forecasting, inventory modeling, and material requirements planning systems; Proficiency: Deep technical knowledge of major enterprise systems and warehouse data auditing; Compliance Management: Comprehensive understanding of quality tracking, compliance standards, and claims procedures; Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to align priorities between sales, warehousing, and accounting; Process Optimization: Proven track record in continuous improvement, automation, and cost reduction.
