The Fellow - Enterprise Business Process, Systems & Transformation is a senior technical and strategic individual contributor responsible for driving enterprise transformation across business processes, enterprise systems and data governance. Serving as the bridge between business and IT, this role leads the design, optimization and evolution of Capital Equipment business capabilities by identifying systemic challenges, influencing technology strategy and delivering scalable, sustainable solutions.
As a trusted advisor, the Fellow provides technical thought leadership for enterprise initiatives, including system implementations, business process transformation and organizational change. This role partners across business and technology teams to improve operational performance, strengthen data integrity and ensure enterprise systems enable standardized, integrated business processes.
The Fellow identifies opportunities to leverage AI, automation, advanced analytics and emerging technologies to improve decision-making, operational efficiency and enterprise capabilities. Through technical expertise and organizational influence, this role drives measurable business value without direct management authority.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Lead the evolution of enterprise business processes supporting Capital Equipment operations.
• Drive enterprisewide process improvements, root cause analyses and corrective actions to improve operational performance, data integrity and business outcomes.
• Serve as the strategic liaison between business and IT, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to define business requirements, influence solution architecture and support enterprise implementations.
• Provide technical leadership for business transformation, ERP implementations, system upgrades and process optimization initiatives.
• Champion enterprise data governance, master data integrity and process standardization across global business processes.
• Align SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, GSMS/ServiceMax and related enterprise applications to enable integrated, scalable business capabilities.
• Identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities using business data, customer feedback and enterprise system performance.
• Drive adoption of AI, automation and advanced analytics to improve decision-making, operational efficiency and enterprise capabilities.
• Influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders to deliver strategic initiatives and sustainable business outcomes.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, best practices and documentation to support operational excellence and long-term scalability.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor, promoting systems thinking, continuous improvement and enterprise transformation.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 12 years' experience leading complex, cross-functional projects, enterprise business transformation and strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate with and build alignment across all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
• Direct customer-facing experience with knowledge of customer business processes.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: New Product Development (NPD), commercialization, acquisitions, Capital Equipment/Service, Quality Systems/Regulatory or technology development.
• Extensive experience in business process improvement, enterprise systems, data governance and organizational transformation.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale initiatives across business and IT organizations.
• Experience applying AI, automation, advanced analytics or digital technologies to improve business capabilities and operational performance.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication and organizational influence skills.
Preferred qualifications:
• Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Medical device industry experience.
• Deep expertise in Capital Equipment business processes; Boston Scientific experience strongly preferred.
• Expert knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with GSMS, preferably Salesforce and ServiceMax.
• Experience leading SAP implementations and enterprise integrations.
• Value Improvement Process (VIP) experience.
• Familiarity with SQL, modern data platforms, knowledge management and AI-enabled business tools, including Palantir, Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT.
