• Conduct thorough evaluations to understand patients' physical conditions and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Administer hands-on therapy, utilizing various techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities tailored to each patient's needs.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment processes, effective home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications to encourage functional independence.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient records and progress notes utilizing our electronic medical records (EMR) system to facilitate ongoing patient care.
• Participate actively in team meetings, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training programs, workshops, and seminars to stay current with industry advancements.
• Foster positive relationships within the community by promoting clinic services and participating in outreach programs.
• Play a vital role in mentoring and training new staff members and interns, sharing knowledge and experience to cultivate a supportive learning environment.

As a Senior Physical Therapist at Royal Heights Rehabilitation Center, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and general rehabilitation needs. Our patient-centered approach emphasizes catering to the unique rehabilitation goals of each individual, ensuring high-quality care and positive recovery outcomes.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program.
• A valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility to practice in Nevada.
• In-depth clinical knowledge in the areas of orthopedics, neurology, and general rehabilitation practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload in a fast-paced work environment while upholding high standards of care and professionalism.

• We offer a competitive salary range between $60,000 and $75,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
