Job description

Hiring: Process Engineer | Bradley, IL (Onsite)Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of process engineering experience with expertise in one of the following manufacturing areas:

  • Aseptic Filling / Fill-Finish
  • Purification
  • Blood Fractionation

The selected candidate will support process optimization, manufacturing operations, process improvements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Required Skills
  • 5+ years of Process Engineering experience
  • Experience in Aseptic Filling / Fill-Finish OR Purification OR Blood Fractionation
  • Strong process optimization and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations in a regulated environment
  • Knowledge of GMP/cGMP standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or biologics manufacturing
  • Continuous improvement or Lean Manufacturing experience
