We have an outstanding Contract position for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join a leading Company located in the Oklahoma City, OK surrounding area.

We're looking for a TABP to own the full cycle in our world-class Aeronautics organization. You'll build and manage strategic relationships with targetย partnerย directly with hiring managers to build pipelines and hire high-quality technical talent, and play a key role in shaping how we grow our workforce.ย 

Job Responsibilities: ย 
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with target universities and student organizations aligned to our businessย needs
  • Establish and maintain long-term partnerships, including faculty, careerย service, and studentย organizations
  • Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies to build a sustainable early career talent pipeline (i.e.ย engineering disciplines and emerging technologies)
  • Maintaining a 'keep warm' strategy for our candidates across the academic cycles
  • Screen, assessย andย present qualified early career candidates aligned to defined hiringย profiles
  • Partner with hiring managers to refine candidate criteria and selection strategies
  • Act asย strategicย advisor to hiring managers and early career talentย marketย trends and campus strategy
  • Lead planning and execution of campus events, networking sessions, and student engagementย initiatives
  • Promote company culture, values, and mission alignment to strengthen brandย presence
  • Ensureย seamless,ย high qualityย candidate experience through effective communication and processย transparency
  • Use data insights to inform campus strategy aligned to business sustainability and affordabilityย posture
  • Ensure adherence to recruiting policies, guidelines, and complianceย requirements
  • Manage full life cycle recruitment for regional and site-specific early career and intern hiringย requisitions
  • Collaborate with Enterprise and Sector UR&R teams to participate inย partnerships
  • Update candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data integrity
  • Develop and analyze UR&Rย metrics
  • Develop and implement process improvements that drive operatingย excellence
  • The successful candidates will have exposure to the college recruiting space and display the ability to consult with all levels of internal and external customers, including students and partners, Hiring Managers, and various levels ofย leadership

Basic Hiring Criteria:ย ย 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Recruiting / Relations OR Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Recruiting / Relations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. government clearance
  • Travel required up to 25%
  • Must be based in Oklahoma City, OKย orย within a reasonable commuting distance

Desired Qualifications:ย 
  • Demonstrated ownership of full-cycle recruiting through offerย accept
  • Proficiency in Workday and Eightfold
  • Previous TA experience inย Corpย recruiting environment
  • TA experience within the internship and early career arena
