Polyram USA, LLC is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and experience in financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

Oversee the budget preparation and financial planning processes.

Develop and implement financial controls to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud.

Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements
