  • Manage daily operations of an efficient, profitable Service Department

  • Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical experience in the medium/heavyduty truck industry
  • Technician training such as ASE and/or OEM certifications (desired)
  • Strong internal and external customer service abilities
  • Familiarity with warranty processes and guidelines
  • Proven ability to lead others in a positive, empowering way
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of product and technical knowledge
  • Strong organizational abilities and comfort with multitasking
