Job Description: Ingénieur.e et gestionnaire de projet - Procédés et utilités Sommaire L’ingénieur.e et gestionnaire de projet évoluera au sein d’une équipe technique chevronnée pour réaliser des mandats de génie d’usine, principalement dans le secteur agroalimentaire, mais aussi dans des environnements industriels connexes comme la fabrication de produits cosmétiques ou d’autres biens de consommation à procédés sanitaires. Les projets touchent autant aux procédés de transformation (échangeurs de chaleur, systèmes CIP, pompes sanitaires, vannes de contrôle, etc.) qu’aux systèmes de support d’utilités (compresseurs, refroidisseurs, tours d’eau, bouilloires, etc.). Le ou la titulaire du poste pourra contribuer à la conception, à la supervision de chantier et à l’assistance au démarrage. Il ou elle jouera également un rôle clé dans la gestion intégrée de projets, en assurant la coordination technique d’intervenants multidisciplinaires et le lien avec les parties prenantes. Une excellente maîtrise du français, un bon niveau d’anglais et une aisance à interagir avec des clients et collaborateurs à l’extérieur du Québec sont requis. Élaborer les échéanciers (diagrammes de Gantt) et suivre les budgets. Planifier et animer les rencontres avec les clients, fournisseurs et autres intervenants. Gérer les listes d’actions, responsabilités et échéances. Conception et design Analyser les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions techniques adaptées.
