We are currently looking for a Process Manager to lead a team responsible for 
1-    Providing SUPPORT for manufacturing and assembly processes
2-    Supporting product INDUSTRIALIZATION
3-    Demonstrating INNOVATION

Your responsibilities:

Human resources
   Enforce occupational health and safety measures.
   Lead and ensure the performance of a team of scientists/engineers and specialized technicians.
   Organize available resources and plan for future needs.
   Develop strategies to maintain healthy working relationships and a work environment that promotes respect, teamwork, and performance.
   Promote collaboration between different groups;
   Demonstrate and encourage a positive, results-oriented attitude.

Technical
   Comply with, enforce, and develop the quality system;
   Monitor production yields, propose and monitor projects to improve these yields;
   Ensure that project deadlines are met while managing daily emergencies. 
   Define, monitor daily, and advance key performance indicators related to the functioning of your team.
   Report to management and the corporation.
   Use the Six Sigma methodology in all your activities and those of your group, and promote this method.

Financial
   Work closely with various stakeholders to evaluate investments to support the company's growth.
   Prepare the necessary justifications to obtain approval for financing and purchases of new equipment. Monitor the activation of investments.
   Aim to achieve financial objectives by developing budgets and controlling costs.

Miscellaneous
   Perform other related tasks as required

Your qualifications:
   Master's degree in electrical, physical, or mechanical engineering and excellent skills in semiconductor physics. A bachelor's degree is acceptable if the candidate has at least five (5) years of additional relevant experience;
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the manufacture or assembly of silicon or IIIV devices;
Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience;
Basic knowledge of the physics of sensors and emitters manufactured on silicon or IIIV materials;
Six Sigma certification, green belt essential (black belt training or certification is an asset);
Training, knowledge, and experience in project management;
Fluent in French (written and spoken) and good communication skills in English (written and spoken);
