What You'll Do
  • Maintain a continuous focus on cost and ways to decrease waste and cost
  • Provide tools and training to develop new personnel and prepare existing employees for advancement
  • Ability to adhere to CMC safety policies and procedures
  • Trouble shoots work related problems using job knowledge, experience, and by communicating with others (pulpit operator, process manager, maintenance personnel, etc)
  • Assist maintenance personnel when requested or needed
  • Provide training and maintain equipment
What You'll Need
  • Five years of Rolling Mill experience required
  • Ability to recall specifics, methods, and processes
  • Ability to operate a forklift and overhead crane required
  • Basic computer skills required (outlook, excel, word, etc)
  • Ability to use all measuring devices (tapes, micrometer, inside outside calipers, etc)
  • Must be able to multi-task and follow through with task and direction given as well as give direction to direct reports
  • Must be able to work well with others and create a team atmosphere starting with safety
  • Must be able to follow instructions given by supervisor or manager in timely and safe manner
  • Must be respectful to others, responsible and dependable
Your Education
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
