Job description

The ServiceNow Integration Engineer focused on Healthcare Systems/CDW will be responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions that connect ServiceNow with various healthcare systems and applications. This remote position requires a solid understanding of both ServiceNow and the healthcare domain.

โ€ข Develop, implement, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other healthcare systems, ensuring smooth data flow.

โ€ข Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration specifications.

โ€ข Utilize REST and SOAP APIs for integration purposes and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

โ€ข Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and healthcare professionals, to gather requirements and ensure alignment.

โ€ข Troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain system performance.

โ€ข Create and maintain integration documentation, including design specifications and user guides.

Requirements
