About the role
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Commercial Excellence Expert to lead and support initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability of our sales organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transactional sales processes, organizational optimization, and continuous improvement, with a proven track record of delivering cost-saving projects. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • This role requires a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • Analyze and optimize end-to-end sales processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Lead process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations, IT) to implement best practices and standardize activities.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs and performance dashboards to track progress and impact of commercial excellence initiatives.
  • Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities across sales operations, including pricing, order management, customer service, and CRM usage.
  • Support change management and training efforts to ensure adoption of new processes and tools.
