This position supports operational excellence initiatives across our construction, manufacturing, and materials operations by analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and assisting with the implementation of technology solutions that increase efficiency, standardization, and data accuracy.The Process Improvement Specialist will work closely with field and office personnel to support process optimization, change management initiatives, user training, and technology adoption efforts. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and motivated to drive continuous improvement across the organization.PRIMARY DUTIES Analyze and document current business processes across estimating, project operations, production tracking, job costing, and administrative functions. Assist with data governance initiatives that improve reporting accuracy, data consistency, and business intelligence capabilities. Support continuous improvement projects focused on operational scalability, efficiency, and digital transformation. Serve as a resource for business process best practices and supported technology platforms. Travel periodically to project sites and operating locations to support process assessments, training, and implementation activities. Perform other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Operations Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Must be 18yrs of age or older.Must have Acceptable or Clean Motor Vehicle record.
