* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field. * Minimum of two (2) years of experience in process analysis, benchmarking, program metrics, or management consulting.
* Familiarity with the Sponsor's finance and/or contracts-related procedures is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
