Job Description:

Job Family Definition:

Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating demand/supply management, business processes and/or manufacturing/delivery of products and services to the company policy and country regulatory requirements. Partners with stakeholders to identify/implement opportunities for business process improvement to effectively manage costs, integrate new and existing businesses, and adapt to changes in the business and regulatory environment. Time horizon is typically focused on less than six months for forecasting/planning. Leading and working with cross-functional teams, creates and implements plans that enable the execution of business strategies. Participates in the process by which demand signals are developed, validated for alignment with transition plans, supply constraints identified, and an executable plan defined that meets financial and market share goals. Scope includes business execution processes related to lifecycle planning; order management (including allocation management, Available to Promise (ATP) / commit processes, business attainment tracking); logistics management (including inbound/outbound coordination and consolidation of domestic and international systems to support shipments); and inventory management (including analysis, optimization and velocity). Partners cross-functionally to develop, track and manage business metrics for the organization (may include customer availability, service levels, on-time delivery, supplier response time (SRTs), supply chain costs and inventory.

Management Level Definition:

Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis, manufacturing processes and logistics management.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement and develops recommendations.
  • Independently execute Manufacturing System and SAP Inventory Transactions (Warehouse and Shipping) Monitoring Tasks.
  • Provide Manufacturing System and SAP Inventory Transactions (Warehouse and Shipping) consulting to customers: Supply Chain, Engineers, Manufacturing, Finance-Inventory, 3PL (Warehouse and Shipping).
  • Support Business Testing Requests related to Manufacturing System and SAP.
  • Perform root cause analysis for issues identified/reported and provide resolution within the service level model defined. Including the opening of tickets to IT Teams and follow-up to get appropriate resolution as needed.
  • Perform business escalations as required.
  • Perform Manufacturing System configurations and labels development.
  • Perform Physical vs Manufacturing System reconciliation and WIP inventory analysis.
  • Generate/Update Processes Documentation.
  • Identify processes improvement (Kaizens).
  • Support and participate on Business Unit and PRMO Projects/Special Requests.
  • Provide On-Call support as per business need.
  • Attendance and active participation in project/initiatives meetings.
  • Reviews metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree; may have advanced university degree.
  • Typically, 4-6 years of experience in work experience in project management, supply chain or/and inventory management.
  • Expertise in SAP S/4, particularly in Production Planning, Warehouse Management, and Material Management.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).
  • Ability to summarize abstract ideas clearly and independently manage project objectives.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills; advance level in English and mastery in local language.
  • Proven relationship management skills, including consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of the company's overall supply chain strategy.
  • Possesses advanced, wellrounded proficiency in inventory analysis methodologies and best practices.
  • Developed leadership skills including team-building and conflict resolution and management.
