Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Process Change Manager for a project-based consulting engagement. This contract role requires a hybrid presence 3 days per week on-site in Hartford, CT.
Responsibilities
  • Design and document future-state business processes, including current-state assessment and gap analysis
  • Lead process improvement and redesign initiatives to drive efficiency and reduce complexity
  • Support change management and adoption efforts to ensure successful implementation of new processes
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align processes with operating model goals
  • Identify opportunities to minimize technical debt through thoughtful process and workflow design

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • 12+ years of overall professional experience.
  • Strong experience in business process transformation, process design, and redesign
  • Oracle Fusion experience preferred, in finance or accounting process areas
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management and user adoption within complex environments
  • Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives supporting enterprise transformation
  • Ability to serve on-site at least 3 days per week in Hartford, CT
  • Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
