Job description

Insurance touches people during some of the most challenging moments in their lives. Hi Marley is on a mission to transform how the P&C industry communicates, making those moments faster, easier, and more empathetic for carriers and the customers they serve. We build AI-powered software that keeps everyone in the claims conversation informed and connected. If you believe insurance can combine operational excellence and automation with a human touch, we'd love to meet you.

As a Sr. Partner Implementation Manager at Hi Marley, you will lead the onboarding and implementation of partners onto Hi Marley's collaboration platform, helping connect key players across the insurance ecosystem to create a more seamless experience for policyholders and adjusters. You will partner with external organizations and internal cross-functional teams to discover, design, and implement workflows that drive operational efficiency and customer value. Leveraging your project management expertise and deep understanding of insurance workflows, you will guide partners from initial discovery through go-live, enabling scalable customer journeys that improve communication, streamline processes, and enhance the claims experience.

Teamwork and shared enthusiasm is a core part of our culture, which is why this role involves joining us in the Boston Office for 2-3 days each week.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end partner implementations, serving as the primary project manager from kickoff through Customer One go-live
  • Conduct discovery sessions with partners to understand operational workflows, business goals, and integration opportunities
  • Design and configure workflows, events, and messaging experiences that support seamless customer and adjuster journeys
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to define use cases and ensure solutions align with business and customer needs
  • Identify, articulate, and quantify the value delivered to partners, carriers, and policyholders through implemented workflows
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and partner teams to ensure successful execution
  • Manage implementation timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Drive adoption and readiness activities to support successful launch and long-term partner success
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, scalability, and customer outcomes

What We're Looking For:

  • 6-7 + years of experience in implementation management, professional services, partner operations, or a related function in SaaS or insurance
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex implementations simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of insurance workflows, claims processes, and ecosystem partnerships
  • Strong consultative and relationship management skills when working with external partners and cross-functional internal teams
  • Ability to design and optimize customer journeys, workflows, events, and communication experiences
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for improving experiences for policyholders, adjusters, and partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, articulate, and quantify business value
  • A genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, paired with the judgment to apply them thoughtfully and responsibly
