  • 3-5 years in manufacturing, warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics environments
  • Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, inventory control, and replenishment systems (Kanban, Supermarkets)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Sheets for data entry and basic analysis. Exposure to ERP or WMS systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to document processes and provide clear status updates to management
  • Willingness to travel up to (Insert) to support multi-site operations
  • Ability to stand and walk on concrete manufacturing floors for extended periods and lift/move up to (insert)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Background in fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environments (aerospace, automotive, defense, or robotics)
  • Hands-on experience with time-and-motion studies, line balancing, or value stream mapping
  • Interest in designing physical workspaces, lineside storage solutions, or material flow routes
  • Strong spreadsheet capabilities including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic data analysis
