Assistant Launch builds and places highly trained talent for fast-growing companies. Our core business has been training and outsourcing Executive Assistants, and we have expanded into AI Specialists and AI consulting services.

We work with founders, operators, and leadership teams who want to scale efficiently by leveraging top-tier remote talent and AI-driven systems.

We are a profitable, growing company with strong inbound demand driven by lead magnets, content, and referrals. This role exists to convert that demand into revenue through a high-quality, consultative sales process.

Mission / Purpose of This Position

The Account Executive will own full sales cycles - from initial inbound outreach, to lead qualification, and through closing deals.

This is a role focused on converting inbound leads into paying clients. You will guide founders and business owners through a consultative process to identify needs and match them with the right solution: Executive Assistant placement, AI Specialist placement, or AI consulting services.

Accountabilities
  1. Own the full sales cycle
    • Reach out to inbound leads and own prospect communication from first touch through signed agreement
    • Run discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and close deals
  2. Execute consultative sales conversations
    • Understand client needs, pain points, and growth goals
    • Recommend the aligned service (EA placement, AI Specialist, or AI consulting)
    • Position Assistant Launch as a long-term partner
  3. Convert inbound demand efficiently
    • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads
    • Maintain high conversion rates from lead to close
    • Prioritize high-quality opportunities
  4. Manage pipeline and CRM
    • Track activity in CRM
    • Maintain accurate deal stages, notes, and forecasts
    • Follow up consistently to move deals forward
  5. Improve sales performance
    • Refine messaging, scripts, and objection handling
    • Share feedback with marketing and leadership
  6. Represent the brand at a high level
    • Build trust quickly with founders and operators
    • Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally
    • Deliver a strong client experience from first interaction to close

Requirements

What Technical Knowledge Do You Need to Perform in This Role?
