Are you an experienced Account Executive with a passion for driving new business and expanding client relationships?
We're hiring an Account Executive for a leading company in the commercial security and monitoring space. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying hybrid hunter role focused on driving new business, converting inbound opportunities, and growing existing client relationships. You will play a key role in delivering tailored security solutions while contributing directly to revenue growth and long-term client success.
Account Executive Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities within target markets
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through to close and account expansion
  • Convert inbound leads into revenue-generating opportunities
  • Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quota
  • Present and position technical security solutions to decision-makers
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate pipeline management and forecasting through CRM tools
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings within the commercial security sector

Account Executive Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales or business development role
  • Commercial physical security sales experience is required
  • Strong understanding of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and related solutions
  • Live video monitoring and RMR sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
