We are now searching for an Account Executive. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join one of the industry’s most capable and fastest growing process specialists in the US!  Our client’s team is growing due to incredible demand for increased integration of laser cladding and welding techniques for process solutions.

Job Description:

In this role you will support end-to-end solutions for companies who need solutions for metal addition applications, whether for restoration of serviced material, novel assembly techniques or margin enhancements for new make production.  These opportunities will help new and existing customers solve manufacturing and production challenges.  In return for providing the highest level of service and support you can expect more than competitive income with additional growth opportunity.

Essential Responsibilities:

-     Manage expectations and contribute to a high level of end customer satisfaction.

-     Maintain the existing supplier base and proactively cultivate new leads in the assigned territory.

-     Maintain CRM updates for assigned accounts along with ensuring data is current and accurate.

-     Strategically build relationships with decision-makers and end users by introducing our client’s technology and products while identifying needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

-     Monitor the market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership.

-     Develop plans and strategies for understanding the end user’s business and processes to increase sales volume and grow the territory.

-     Travel for in-person meetings and trade shows with customers and partners to develop key relationships.
