This position will provide day-to-day Control Account Management support to a variety of internal and external programs within the Product Support portfolio of programs, including international programs. This position will be responsible for supporting program management (PM) to include direct engagement with the program team in program execution; advocating PM plans, processes, and business objectives; and the implementation of PM best practices. What You Will Do * Partner with program management (PM) and functional leads
* Perform meaningful analysis and effective communication to drive predictable results
* Operate computer-based programs, tools, and applications, to include Microsoft Excel and Achieving Process Excellence (APEX), to perform detailed analysis, develop and utilize advanced formulas, pivot tables, reports, charts, schedules, and databases
* Complete monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs
* Provide EVM reporting and analysis, execute resource planning, facilitate Estimate-at-
* Completion (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) input What You Will Learn * Raytheon and RTX Business Acumen
* SBU & SSBU organizational structure, responsibilities amongst the programs and the functional areas, and deliverables Qualifications You Must Have * Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
* Raytheon EVMS Certification or ability to obtain certification within 3 months
* Experience with material management processes
* Ability to obtain and maintain an active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required. * Experience with program risk and opportunity (R&O) process
* Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with program processes, financial planning and execution, EACs, EVM, and key metrics (Bookings, Sales, Earnings & Cash).
* Display strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills, and comfortably interacts with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of leadership.
