Scope:
According to customer and internal specifications, designs and implements manufacturing processes and equipment for the manufacture of PCB's, including process optimization and continual improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ability to read, understand and follow written procedures and instructions in English.
  • Ability to use personal experience, education, and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Lead and direct the work of others.
  • Focus on process yield and improvement.
  • Interact with customers regarding process improvement and failure analysis.
  • Support manufacturing by process definition and implementation.
  • Ability to specify materials, tools, equipment (when possible), and process parameters.
  • Ability to assist in training of manufacturing personnel.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and implement corrective actions for process improvement.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

  • 1 - 5 years ENEPIG surface finish experience
  • 1 - 3 year(s) general PCB experience

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
