As a Service Engineering Manager, you are responsible for the following tasks:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of DCS service engineers, fostering a culture of safety, technical excellence, accountability, and customer focus.

  • Manage workload planning, resource allocation, and skills development to meet service commitments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customers regarding service performance, lifecycle planning, and modernization options.
  • Oversee the execution of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, upgrades, and optimization services for DCS platforms.
  • Conduct periodic service reviews and develop long-term service strategies that align with customer goals.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements, upgrades, and value-added solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Project Engineering, Product Management, and other internal teams to align service offerings and support product lifecycle needs.
  • Support the development and execution of service agreements, including scope definition, pricing, and renewal strategy.
  • Manage service budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and resource utilization.
  • Ensure profitable and efficient delivery of services while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Expectations:
The candidate must meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Controls, Automation, or related discipline).
  • 7+ years of experience with DCS, PLC/SCADA, or industrial automation systems.
  • 3+ years of experience leading engineering or technical service teams. Strong knowledge of industrial networks, control system architecture, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Responsiveness to after-hours customer inquiries is also required.
