What You Will Be Doing:

As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for all operations and activities of Yancey Engineered Solutions, including production, engineering, quality and sales, and all ancillary functions.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions, including hiring and performance management.
  • Ensures divisional alignment with overall Company strategy and initiatives.
  • Leads development of annual and longer-term business plans.
  • Leads team to develop culture of continuous improvement focused on implementing new methods and processes to deliver improvement in all manufacturing processes.
  • Leads team to ensure superior customer experience.
  • Develop team to meet business needs
  • Oversee operations to ensure safety
  • Set performance goals and expectations
  • Ensures smooth day-to-day operations of the facility
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Who We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this position you should have prior leadership experience and a deep understanding of the EPG packaging design business.  This position also requires someone who has strong accountability and initiative.  In addition, working in a team environment is essential to this position.

Education/Experience:
  • High School Diploma or related equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or university or related equivalent experience required.  Degree in engineering/business/logistics preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience leading high performing teams in manufacturing organizations.
