We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead process improvement initiatives, optimize production operations, and support the development of world-class manufacturing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving complex production challenges, implementing Lean initiatives, and driving measurable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
What You'll Do
  • Analyze, develop, and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, throughput, quality, and workplace safety.
  • Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Continuous Process Improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
  • Identify production bottlenecks, reduce waste, and implement solutions that improve operational performance.
  • Collect and analyze production data using statistical tools to drive process improvements and support decision-making.
  • Develop process flow diagrams, work instructions, manufacturing documentation, and standardized procedures.
  • Create and maintain PFMEAs, preventive maintenance documentation, and operator training materials.
  • Evaluate facility layouts, workspace utilization, and equipment requirements to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Recommend, justify, and implement new manufacturing equipment and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve performance.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of manufacturing process engineering experience.
  • Proven success leading Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence initiatives.
  • Strong experience with process analysis, statistical methods, and manufacturing metrics.
  • Experience creating PFMEAs and supporting quality-driven manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Electromechanical product manufacturing.
  • Soldering, brazing, welding, or joining processes.
  • Induction heating, brazing, or soldering equipment.
  • High-mix, low-volume or precision manufacturing environments.
