Job description

The Process Applications Engineer possesses expertise regarding manufacturing processes, consults the Application Owner, evaluates business requirements and acts as template guardian to ensure efficient production of products. The Process Applications Engineer defines and implements manufacturing solutions using SAP.

Your tasks

Duties

  • Analyze, identify and translate manufacturing requirements into process schedules to plan and optimize production
  • Recommend and implement solutions in ERP application SAP S/4 HANA and SAP ECC to support manufacturing and integrate supply chain requirements to achieve production targets
  • Review and analyze production data to determine operational efficiency
  • Develop maintenance and upgrade schedules for production equipment to eliminate downtime
  • Monitor equipment operational cycles, review output metrics
  • Review specifications, analyze, commission and test new production equipment
  • Design and implement improvements to manufacturing processes to maximize productivity
  • Review process operations and propose necessary and beneficial changes through continuous improvement processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement concurrent recommendations for improving production performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical engineering

  • 5 years professional experience SAP S/4HANA

  • Experience must include SAP S/4HANA , SAP ECC < PP, MM, Procurement>
