Sr. Industrial Engineer Technician As required by our governmental client, this position requires Secret Clearance or ability to obtain The Industrial Engineering Technician holds the primary responsibility of supporting engineering and operations teams in optimizing production processes, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial engineering principles, data analysis, and process improvement methodologies Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Sr. Industrial Engineer Technician: $90,000 - $110,000 Pay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice Sr. Industrial Engineer Technician Responsibilities Include: * Assist in designing, testing, and implementing process improvements to enhance production efficiency. * Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends and recommend operational improvements. * Support the development and implementation of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma techniques, and other efficiency-driven initiatives. * Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges. * Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Conduct time and motion studies to determine optimal workforce utilization. * Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and material requirements planning (MRP). * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. * Provide technical support for automation and process control systems. * Support quality control initiatives by identifying defects, root causes, and corrective actions. * Performs other duties as required.
