As a Manager II, Process Engineer in Walmart Supply Chain, you’ll lead complex, data-driven initiatives that improve productivity, reduce cost, and elevate service levels across the network. You’ll own end-to-end projects—from opportunity sizing and ROI to implementation and sustainment—while influencing leaders and mentoring engineers. About Supply Chain Supply Chain is how Walmart moves product efficiently and reliably through our distribution network to serve stores and customers at scale. The team blends operational expertise with industrial engineering to optimize labor, capacity, and facility performance while accelerating automation adoption. This role is a technical leadership position that drives network-wide improvements and helps standardize best practices across sites and functions. What you’ll do
  • Lead complex process improvement projects delivering measurable operational and financial impact
  • Identify cost reduction, waste elimination, capacity, and labor optimization opportunities
  • Drive cross-functional solution design, implementation, and sustainment across the network
  • Build business cases, ROI analyses, and recommendations for automation and capital investments
  • Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication; present to senior leaders
What you’ll bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (or related field) and 3+ years relevant experience
  • Advanced Lean/Six Sigma and operational excellence expertise; Green/Black Belt preferred
  • Strong capability in statistical analysis, data modeling, process simulation, and engineering analytics tools
  • Proven leadership of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with significant impact
  • Project management strength (PMP/CAPM preferred) and experience supporting automation or network optimization

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $156,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
